oh, my good! I don't know you but browsing your work I get the impression that you have to be the most patient cake baker and decorator in the world! everything looks just so perfect ^a^
may I ask how you apply the frosting and the chocolate? you make all these elaborate fine designs so I was wondering whether you might be using a srynge.
